Doing great here. And from a person who has acidosis problems, I can state with authority that magnesium does not give you acidosis. It does not in any way irritate my system, and if it was acidic in any way, it would. I don't know what this lady was thinking, but maybe she either doesn't know what she talking about or has mistaken Epsom Salts for something else, possibly. If anything magnesium assists the body in becoming more alkaline.

I've also done my first epsoms and this time I warmed it up a little and added some stevia. Much more tolerable, but definately not something I'd order in a restaurant. :)

Epsom Salts is actually alkalining since it is a salt. Also, the instructions on the carton call to take up to 2 tbsp. in a day as a laxative so the flush is in line with that too.

By the way, do you mix the Epsom Salts with water or grapefruit juice. Water is intolable to me but the grapefruit juice is actually not bad.

Good for you to do the flush. I just finished one last night after a 20 day master cleanse and 2 days of juice. Had fantastic results!
