Hello all -
Curezone is such an incredible website... I never cease to be amazed! Since finding it, I have done 4 liver flushes, bought a zapper 10 days ago & have been faithfully using it, purchased 60 detox foot pads (expecting the delivery next week) and am hoping to do a Master Cleanse soon. And to think, I'd never even HEARD of any of these things before stumbling upon this website! How incredible is that!
Well, my 4th
Liver Flush is coming to a close... did it last night. I don't know how anyone downs the
Epsom Salts -grapefruit cocktail without Stevia. I have no problem drinking all 4 doses as long as I add Stevia... making it fairly palatable. I also add Stevia to the olive oil - grapefruit drink (3/4 cup oil, 3/4 cup freshly squeezed juice)and have not had any problems with getting it down all at one time, also no nausea - for which I praise God! I found that blending the oil/GF really helped the consistency... not so oily. I got out a lot of sludge, chaff and many small pea green & tan/gold stones.. too many to count. I keep waiting for those big "monster-size" stones I read about in this forum, but so far only 1 garbanzo bean sized stone this morning, the rest relatively small.
My 3rd flush was not worth writing home about. I did it only one week after my 2nd flush. I have no gallbladder (since 1967)and no real health problems except poor sleep quality & fatigue, but I wanted to flush again soon, just to get out more stones. I was told that one week after a flush was too soon as the stones hadn't had enough time to move forward in the liver... I think they were right. I think it was just too soon after the 2nd flush... very little in the way of stones, although lots of sludge & chaff. (Whew.. the smell of that stuff is out of this world-nasty!)
I'm so thankful that I can get up and go to work the next morning after the liver flush. I always flush on Thursday nights - I work Monday through Friday all day long plus Sat. morning, and go to church Sunday morning, so have no real day off to relax. Who knows if my continued flushes will stay this easy for me... I can only hope that they will, although I hear that each flush is different.
For those of you who are so faithful to post your cleansing experiences and helpful advice to all of us rookies.. THANK YOU!! You made it possible for me (and many others) to take the plunge & do a liver flush... at first it was pretty scary to contemplate!
May the Lord bless you all as you continue on the road to improved health!
