...Although I was sorry to go against your hard-won beliefs.
It was a turning-point for me.
I feel there are many who are ready for Aha! moments in their search for well-being. And I would really like to join or start a discussion group with folks wanting to try things on their own and share support.
I had thought to share the super things I've been learning and experimenting with, but I also want to be certain that I have the permission and support of some people who have helped me...permission in the sense that I don't want to quote things they are working on until they are ready.
I felt 'low' for one day...quiet, as though everything was on 'pause'. I posted, but didn't care for the way my words came out. (I only do comedy well when I'm really happy.)
So, back I go to the drawing-board. And to learning. This is something I can't NOT do. It's a passion I'd miss supper for.
You might enjoy my favorite author, Barbara Sher. She's a no-nonsense communicator who sets thousands on their own paths to their dreams. Her work is astonishing, and she's a real good egg. I call her a shaman leprechaun.

In my opinion, Barbara has a special quality in her voice that conveys her sincerity, warmth, humor, and pure genius. This is a link to one PBS station that offers one of her fund-raising programs...the one I like best.

Yes, this is Barbara's 'business', but she doesn't 'sell'. She writes and speaks and helps people find their way because she can't NOT do it. Finding her work was the best thing that ever happened to me.
(I had flipped on a PBS channel, and proceeded to the kitchen to get a snack. Halfway across the living room my head snapped around to the set. "WHAT did she say?!")
I give Barbara's name as a gift.
Enjoy!
