Shelley,
I was reading your post above about the GCG. I used GCG for approximately three weeks before my 3rd
Liver Flush last weekend. I did NOT use epson salts or magensium citrate, but followed Julia's flush instructions and just took the oo/gf drink at 10pm. Of course, I had the pleasure of drinking a liter of
Sea Salt water the next morning, but took NOTHING the night before in the form of salts. I did take Julia's Coptis and Curcuma as I was worried about a stone getting stuck as I took no salts.
If you recall me saying, I passed over 10 thumb sized dark green stones and several hundred pea sized dark green stones. Do you have to take the GCG for months to reduce the stones to chaff? I passed no chaff or sand during this flush. Given the size of the stones I did pass, I am thinking perhaps these stones were so big and so old that perhaps the GCG just softened them versus dissolving them??? They were pretty firm when I checked them but of course softened up the longer I kept them out. Also, they smelled terrible!
Your thoughts on this? I am planning to do another flush in another couple of weeks and have taken the GCG prior to every flush. However, I keep passing fully formed stones.
Just call me Stoney! :)
