Liver flush without Epsom salts

Are the Epsom Salts absolutely neccessary for a liver flush. I've been on a 7-day fast Colon Cleanse program and I was thinking of finishing with a liver flush. I've been drinking apple juice everyday for 7-days so I was thinking maybe I might be able to skip the Epsom Salts and still get results.

This is a reply to # 521,342youneed the Epsom Salts or another form of magnesium bacause the relax the bile ducts to allow the stones to pass thru painlessly

MoreThis is a reply to # 521,346you DON'T want to skip the salts! if you can't stand the taste, stick em in gell caps and swallow with the water instead. works for me everytime - i've done 9 flushes.
