It went really well. Make that really, really well. I felt really good going into the flush and the flush itself felt very theraputic and cleansing.

The only problem was I nearly gagged forcing down the OO/GF! The more flushes I do the less I like the OO/GF mix.

But the rest of it went very smoothly. I honestly didn't even feel like I was flushing. I almost felt guilty it was that easy.

Got out some good floaters this morning - which is all I seem to get - but to be honest I don't look that closely. Even if its only bile, I'm glad I'm getting it out. It just feels good.

The more flushes I do the easier it gets and the worse the OO/GF tastes!
