Well flush 13 is done, I think. Wow what a successful flush..first of all, my first BM was nothing but sludge, and than after that the stones they came arolling. 5 of them were about the size of a raisen, very dark and darker inside..after they came out I had alot of tan stones that were dark green inside. I feel great and I am once again looking forward to my next flush..
Oh by the way usually I use the oil from the grocery store..but this time I used expensive organic oil..it went down so much easier, I think because it was more liquidy instead of thick consistancy like store brands. I will try that oil again but not all the time because of the money..
