Well I drank my first dose of ES. I'm wondering could you drink herbal teas before the flush,or is that a nono...I have never done it before...but I was thinking of drinking something to stimulate my liver...what do you think.- Re: flush #13 tonight/question UserX

I have found that I have less 'issues' the less I eat/drink/stray from the original program.
But then again, you're on #13 so you tell us!

This is a reply to # 519,121I like to take in a little water to keep from getting dehydrated, and I usually drink that warm as herbal tea, but I wouldn't take anything that stimulates the liver as the flush is enough work for it as it is. :)
