Hiya Garcia!
ooo you're in London! Which train stop is near you? I don't know SW from NW but I know train stops. I didn't have a car when I was there. :)
I've never bothered to take Ornithine. It's optional.
It's helpful to take a high-quality olive oil - organic if possible, cold-pressed extra virgin is great. Even better is if you can find it in a dark bottle or can, so that it hasn't been hit by light. You might have a better chance at that over there than I do here in California. :)
My fat-free breakfast is one of my hot cereals that I get from the health food store. Some of them taste just fine without fats. I cook it up in rice milk, which I think has a tiny bit of oil for flavor, but not enough to matter. You can use non-fat milk of course. And I have an apple. After that I just drink herbal tea and water. :) Plenty of cold cereals have no fat, like rice crispies. I don't like munching on veggies because they can take so long to digest. Some people go for a baked potato, but I can't handle them without butter LOL! :)
Hope that helps! :)
