MoreHI, I just joined this wonderful website. I take an anti-depressant to stop anxiety and it really constipates people. I ordered Colostrum capsules, took 4 a day and I not only lost 3 lb I also stopped being constipated (which gave me stomach jabs, esp. at night).
I had read that New Zealand Colostrum was the best so yesterday when I had run out of my caps I ordered ones by Symbiotics. Symbiotics sells New Zealand colostrum . I can't wait to get it and I recommend colostrum. You take 2 in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. If you decide to buy some why not report back on this thread and let us know what it does for you.

MoreThis is a reply to # 515,876Ive been taking it for quite a few years now. I use it for the immune system. Great stuff. I use the powder instead of capsules because you get more volume for the money. It tastes great too!

This is a reply to # 799,742Hi Dave! The brand I use is Symbiotics. Its called New life colostrum. You can google New Life Colostrum to find it online or you can buy it at most vitamin shops. If you have a vitaminshoppe store near you, they sell it. Hope this helps.

Doug Wyatt the man who introduce Colostrum to the US owned the New life brand but sold it to Natureaid a few years back.There quality is not what it used to be, they buy from a source that over heats the colostrum in there processing.Doug has since come up with a whole new line of Colostrum products, take a look: newlifehealthsolutions.com
