French
Green Clay is called ILLITE clay and CANNOT be taken internally.
It is a DEEP earthy green color
There are many clays that come from other areas in france and oher countries that are called french
Green Clay because they are a greenish color. (usually paler or odd colored. which can indicate additional substances)
It possibly may not in fact be pure french green clay.
french
Green Clay is generally used more as face masks i believe.
Check into pascalite clay or
Bentonite clay for a good mud pack experience.
also clay baths , i believe it is advised to take a resting period between doing them since they are so powerful on the body..
if you have no tub as i do not..
you can still put a small garbage bag in a bucket and apply mud to your feet and shins.. keep it damp and repacked against skin
then sponge off into the bag/ as you lift feet out..
then just let it sit and settle, ladle off top water and throw out the bag. nice neat way to do it.
best to you
sorry to hear about your exp
