Has anyone tried the product called spine-worx for helping to align the vertebrae? Says it's designed by a chiropractor, but just wondered if anyone had heard much about it or tried it or had any experience with it one way or another.

Any other easy exercises without any expensive equipment would be greatly appreciated to help align things after having to work every day doing things that seem to get the whole back somehow out of sync. Thanks.
