I Have a friend who knows some things about reflexology and she has taught me a few things. One thing was, for sinus releif to massage the big toe opposite to the side you need releif. Anyone heard of this?
I am a reflexologist, and actually you can stimulate all of the toes, about 1/2 to 2/3 down from the top of each toe. Use an inchworm movement with your thumb....
Here is a great interactive chart.....click on "annotation on" and it shows all the points....
Hi Daizy,
I LOVE that chart!!!! If I may ask, you said you are a Reflexologist, which school did you go to? I'm looking for a good solid one. Some of them seem to "just throw refelexology" in amoungst other healing modulties???
Libra : )
I got certified at the local Massage school here in our area. It is based on the work of Mae Post, who was the pioneer in re-introducing reflexology on the east coast. You are right to choose a specialized reflexology training, because I have experienced a treatment from someone claiming to do reflexology, and I thought to myself "what the heck is she doing....it's not reflexology!!"
