Cayenne (red pepper) Help???

I could not find and Cayenne pepper in the health food store, so I bought the non-alcohol drops.
Has anyone else used the drops and if so how many drops should I use? Should I use and rind in the lemonade?

This is a reply to # 514,011Don't know about the drops but I put rind bits in my lemonade and it really helps with elimination.
