Hello everyone, I am new at this.....
Where could I find the "perfect" recipe for the " lemonade fasting"?
Also, I am a bit worry to do the "liver flush"...please, please, please, I need some help.i really want to clean my dear bdy...and start to take care of it properly....

You can find the "perfect recipe" for the lemonade cleanse here - it's an online copy of the book The Master Cleanser. Good reading!
If you want to learn more about liver flushing I would suggest a trip to the curezone Liver Flush forum! I'm doing my 14th tonight.
