Hi all can someone help me out with a symbol. This occurred before I had opened my eyes and was reviewing a dream. A powerful surge of electric energy surged though me in my minds eye for a flash I saw a pinkish violet lit symbol. The symbol was a letter v with a line underneath. Below the line was another letter v upside down. This symbol was very clear and there is no question that it happened it feels like it has been imprinted in my inner sanctum and I have had no luck locating that symbol.

The other morning while i was still laying in bed i kept my eyes closed.
I started seeing my usual white glows and formations, that out of the blue, in the very extreme distance i saw a pyramid.
At first i thought i was imaging things, but there it was again.
What a surprise.
Then later on in the day, i realized that pyramids are v's.
Any comments.

MoreThis is a reply to # 504,223Elly that is cool. I have always hopped out of bed when I awake. Now I can actually awaken amd keep my awareness for up to 20 minutes or so before I either drift off briefly or open my eyes. This is where some of the best stuff comes from. Yes we are seeing v's or slight variations so many meanings though I wondering about a collective meaning for these symbols as they don't mean much personally.

This is a reply to # 504,266Amazing I discovered tghis very site for the first time yesterday. I did not see the page on symbols though. I will continue to peruse it though. I had been talking with my friend about sacred and non -euclidean geometry which I know nothing of and had these dreams immediately afterward. So it does have to do with time, and squaring the circle.

That is sooooo cool! You had a vision of a Sextile! (see links below) It is used in astrology and in alchemy.
Imagine a Trine..which is a triangle....very wide V - because it is open (120degrees) A Trine joins 3 elements that are alike. (all Fire or all Water or all Earth or all Air...)
A Sextile on the other hand is the exact symbol that you dreamed. A Narrow V (60degrees) with a line underneath and touching it's bottom tip with another inverted V below it. It almost looks like an asterisk - but not.
Interestingly when I google-searched under Images for - Sextile - it came up with the Harmonic Concordance chart because IT is called a 'Grand Sextile'....because 6 Sextiles join to make a Star of David. SIX!! (oooh that Pink number again!)
A Sextile is made between two elements that are compatible (Earth & Air or Fire & Water) only.
Now....the basic meaning of the symbol itself has to be...well you have the line which represents the Horizon on Earth. Earthly. Then you have a V above and an inverted V below....it really sounds like the ole' Bringing Heaven to Earth stuff Anthony!
Elly brings up an interesting point about the Pyramid. Last night I was typing out my dream of November 3rd 2001 for the 9-11 Dream collector guy and it was my Pyramid dream! I read through it all as I typed it and was reminded of all that symbolism. Pyramid symbolizes the 'squaring the circle' idea....which is all about bringing the Divine (circle) into Manifestation (earth-square). The Pyramid is the exact equation of Squaring the Circle. hmmmm...
Okay I may be rambling now!
But that pink/violet symbol is just stunning Anthony! Wow. You are encoded with this beautiful message...

This is a reply to # 504,226Interesting so is a sextile 60 degrees? also interesting the heaven and earth thing because I was talking to a friend who is a math wiz about theorizing other dimensions, he would not discuss further with me until I had studued a few things including the mobius strip which is the ribbon that is twisted and connected with one continous edge. We also talked about how in our dimension triangles will add up to 180 degrees.
Well I had a dream that I was walking right side up and then upside down on this weird twisted mobius strip thing that looked more like dna strands. when I got to a part where I appeared to be walking upside down, I dipped into another dimension and saw the wholeness of all that is and realized that now I was right side up in this other dimension and on earth I am constantly upside down and limited. It seemed that 99.9% of my soul existed here in this different dimension overseeing all that the .01 percent of my soul was doing on upside down earth. In short I felt disconnected from the matrix but connected to the truth. Don't know how much sense that makes. Very strange trip indeed.

Yes, Sextiles are 60degrees - that's why 6 X 60d = 360 (full circle). Lotsa 6's.
OOooh, just realized that...a little Being walking along a Mobius strip will look like an inverted V upon the strip (legs forming the V) and then once underneath an upright V....kinda wild...

This is a reply to # 504,226Sextile (60-degrees): This is an aspect which is divine, but it needs illumination in order to see how one can reach out and touch the face of GOD. This aspect is associated with the number 6, and is the inactivated MERKABAH. This aspect needs recognition of the spiritual power, and it needs activation.
I found this in a page peachy sent. Thats funny that the day I told my friend I would look into sacred geometry I started receiving symbols.

Speaks for itself. Now you said you used triangles to represent the tree of life, is that universal. Is the tree of life represented by triangles or pyramids?
Also what does "notching" refer to? Is it a horticultural reference? dealing with the tree of life. The reason I ask is my dream last night featured me walking into a large catherdal/church and someone told me I was receiving a "German Graft" this was a focus and what I recall the most after awakening. When I came back to read about notching I realized that it is a horticultural term and my dream could have been of receiving a "germ in graft" which forces growth of a flower or plant by cutting a notch and inserting the germ to be grafted.
Coincidence?

But after rereading Franks response and his feeling that the alchemical symbol is related to notching it just clicked in my head that notching is a term used in grafting and I wondered if the words of my dream could have been "germ engrafting" or engrafting a germ of a plant by cutting a notch. I don't know if there is even a connection with frsanks terminology but grafting is analogy used in spiritual practices I know. And I feel that this phrase was elaborating on the symbol that was burned into me.

Oh, that interesting that you felt it was elaborating on that pink/violet sextile symbol!! So, perhaps, grafting all that that symbol means onto your Soul. (how amazing!) You know...you are VERY 'yin' - what with all your Right Brain action and Taurus and Female Venus stuff going on...I wonder if the 'german' thing simply means that the Left Brain functions (real world) now need to kick in (you've swung like a pendulum...and now it'll come to rest in the middle in perfect balance...?)....in order to be fully Balanced.....?

This is a reply to # 504,249Oh I see... well yes could be like a double meaning because that makes sense too. Don't want to become overbalanced to either side. At least one of my german cousins is just as you described left brain and organized which is what I am not right now. So I think that applies also if I apply that perfect portion of left brain real world I will no longer swing to the extreme left as I was years ago.

I did not know that. I just looked up the inventor a few minutes ago but didn't pay attention to where he was from. I saw he invented it after another guy invented it weeks earlier on the other side of the world. Talk about being connected. Maybe I received a graft or seedling of this mobius strip within.
