Hi Andreas,
I went for an US this week. My stone still showed up, what I expected. After 2 years and 35 flushes, would you suggest that I start using softeners all the time.
If you remember I stopped all my prescription drugs in October.
The lady said that the stone measured 24 mm, before it was 28 mm. Since it is such a narrow difference I wonder if it is just a different way of measuring or it shrunk.
The gallstone does not bother me, but I prefer to keep flushing.

Dear Johanna,
Your stone is a "sleeping" stone that doesn't move when the gallbladder squeezes out bile. Try to have the juice of half a lemon in your morning water, and perhaps a second time during the day. Gradually, this should reduce it even more. Chamomile tea also does that, and so does enteric peppermint oil (in capsules).
