Im trying to perform an enema, but im having trouble. I have done 1 enema, and it was fairly successful. This time however, after I inserted the nozzle, the water wouldnt flow. I took it out, and the water flowed. I just done get it. I tried many times, I even tried breathing excercises and relaxed and everything like last time. This time nothing would flow.. It pissed me off. By the way, when someone does an enema (Himalayan crystal salt + ACV) do the kidneys partake in any activity as well? Thank you.
