This is a reply to # 494,132I'm so confused right now. I was planning on doing a series of cleanses a few days before the full moon next week.. but it seems after reading this post I should start tomorrow?? I would love some insight, clarification about this.

This is a reply to # 494,134If you feel that you're ready to flush physically and emotionally, flush Sunday night, otherwise hold off until you're ready.
If you do decide to flush Sunday night, have you looked into having colon hydrotherapy 2 to 3 days after the flush? I always get trapped stones and they are not pleasant at all.
