Hi
I have tendency to sadness.
I also have tendency to obsessive thoughts.
The sadness is ussually result of disapointment with my reality and my life.
Being afraid of people's opinions I have made bad decisions that have lead me to a difficult situation.
How can I change my current circumstances?
How can I change my tendecies

I would recommend inner transformational work of the type taught by Hale Dwoskin in the book "The Sedona Method" and the kind of transformational work taught by Don Miguel Ruiz in his book "The Four Agreements A Companion Book". First you would want to read the book by Ruiz "The Four Agreements".

To create new references of truths in your life that have a more supportive and benevolent effect on you and your behaviour than the ones you currently use, I suggest to read through Freedom from Judgemnt (ener-chi.com). It has encodements that are downloaded into your heart and mind and thereby raise your perception. You may also benefit from Sacred Santemony (see my website).

Besides reading and implementing Andreas work, you could try a combination of Thought field therapy (TFT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I've personally found TFT very powerful at releasing the negative charge associated with the emotion and NLP a way of 're-installing' positive attitudes. It's worth looking into, good luck.

I've run across NLP a couple of times so thought I'd do a search. What I found were a bunch of sites that teach this, rather than offer it as a service. Also from what I red it seemed like a technique for people like salesmen, to create an atmoshere
that would increase their selling power. From that I wasn't sure I'd want to put myself in that type of situation. Am I mis-understanding the whole process?
I did find one link, out in California, I'm in Florida. They do offer tapes, but I have various self-help cassettes already, gathering dust, and feel I need a one on one (take my hand and lead me)to get anywhere.

As I live in the UK I don't know what's on offer where you are, but what I can say is don't be put off by the sales/business approach to NLP. It can and is used in therapy, education, accelerated learning etc. I'm currently training myself. Hunt round for someone you trust and can work with. Unfortunately NLP does seem to attract high fees, but you could in theory overcome an issue in a session. Good luck.
