My hair started turning grey at age 30 - I don't have a lot of grey but enough such that I have it coloured every few months.
I sometimes will pull out the grey hairs. Today I found 2 that were my natural color at the root. I have never seen this before in my 7 years of pulling out these hairs and today I found 2.
COuld this mean my hair color is being restored ? Or does this happen when hair is turning grey.
THe amount of natural color is consistent with when I changed my meal/sleep times which was January 1st. I have done 2 liver flushes, 1 kidney cleanse.
I'm really hoping my hair is turning it's natural color again.
Anyone know anything about this ?

This is a reply to # 486,904I also have noticed this and wondered if it was a result of the liver flushes.
I actually have very few grey hairs and don't color my hair. When I see grey, I pull it out. I have noticed recently that the roots are now my natural dark color. Amazing!!
I have done 7 liver flushes, colon cleansing and a parasite cleanse.

I've only done one flush so I haven't had enough experience with the liver flush to know if it can make hair return to its normal color, but I have experienced my hair turning gray then going back to its normal color. When my candida was REALLY bad and I was going through a depression and I guess I wasn't taking enough care to eat foods with real nutrients. I noticed a couple of gray hairs in the front of my head. I pulled them out and they grew back. Then several months later, after taking better care of myself, I noticed they never grew back gray again. That's proof to me that premature graying due to a health problem can be reversed. Good news! :-)
