I have not come accross any indications that Colosan removes minerals or electrolytes. Most parts of the watery stools are formed when the released oxygen molecules are combined with hydrogen molecules. As the cleansing effect occurs, the chances of absorbing minerals and vitamins from the foods you eat, increase significantly, provided you eat fresh produce regularly every day. Ionic minerals are a good supplement (see Eniva.com) to help one through an intially difficult adjustment phase. Vitamins, however, can be harmful, if exstracted without their naturally balancing counterparts. Eating foods that contain vitamins is a better choice.
