i would just soak in the epsoms. its a lot more mild.

Epsom Salt, yes you can drink it but you will have to get the measurements from someone else I can't remember it. It may have been on the liver flush.

Epsom Salts can be ingested in water--but Id probably not eat that day I took some Epsom Salts internally. Otherwise, you may feel some nausea.

When you do a liver flush- You do have to drink several drinks with Epsom Salts but you're supposed to stop eating by 2:00 am., and start taking the Epsom drinks starting 6:00 pm. and 8:00 pm. and another 2 drinks 6:00 and 8:00 a.m the next morning.

I found that not only is my liver unplugged and cleared out --but I also notice any constipation in my colon is quickly unplugged before the stones come pouring out!

Cascara Sagrada herb capsules (take 2-3 at night with water- also in the morning if really constipated) will make your colon contract and push out blocked feces also. Its actually one herb that actually TONES up your colon and lower bowels instead of making them Lax--as laxatives do.
