I read somewhere on this forum about the benefits of eating papaya seeds, and since I love papaya anyhow, I stopped throwing out the seeds and started eating them with the fruit. However I noticed that the seeds end up in the toiled, round, black and shiny, untouched by the digestive process. ( I learned to grind sunflower seeds before eating them, for the same reason...).
How do people eat them? Drying the papaya seeds before grinding them sounds too complicated. Or do you chew the raw seeds carefully and learn to get used to the strong taste ??
