i've been taking the drops with each of my 3 small meals and drinking water in between. am i not supposed to be eating any solid foods? any info. on this greatly appreciated, thanks.

  I am doing Clarkia as addition to MC. But it doesn't mean you have to do fast and Clarkia together.
