It's been a good flush so far (except for my pain episode at 2:15 this morning!), I've passed about 85 stones all pea green except for just a few really tiny dark brown ones. Out of the 85 about 20-25 were decent size for me, about 1/2 mm. That's the biggest I've had to date. I felt really wiped out this time, very tired but the sleep I did get was fairly sound. I finally got out of bed at 10am but trust me I could have slept longer. It's a beautiful brisk sunny day today, I think I will go for a nice little walk outside and get some sun and fresh air. I'm trying to drink water since I am dehydrated. I have dry mouth still and a slight tight feeling in my head. I didn't take the 4th dose of Epsom, I never do actually since I see stones after the 3rd. Overall I am pleased with the flush, I'm sure I'll see some more stones throughout the day. Oh yeah almost forgot, before bed last night I skin brushed the liver area a few times, don't know if it helped or not but I did it anyway.
