After I did my first flush, I wasn't quite sure what to hope for, because the first flush was not as successful as I thought it would be (mixed results). After much encouragement from Rusfox, Paulette and everyone else, I attempted my 2nd flush last night (I had no choice because of an aching back pain behind the liver/gallbladder area). I followed the directions (Clark) to the "T" (but not the Ornithine because we have trouble finding it here in Canada, but it doesn't matter because it was the best sleep I have had all week). I couldn't believe the reaction my body had to
Epsom Salts . Let's just say my colon is prepped and ready for a colonoscopy because it must be super clean after those salts. The ES/GJ really didn't taste that bad with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, just a little bitter. I found the easiest way to take the OO/GJ is via a shot glass. I had 4 shot glasses of the OO/GJ mix beside my bed and just downed them one by one. At first in the morning, I wasn't quite sure what to look for and then after several BM's, the colour started looking right (pea green) and then I took a spoon to press on the floating objects to see if they were solid or not. Sure enough, they were solid and waxy. There was zillions of them everywhere. The largest was probably just under 3/4 of an
inch. Awesome. So I wanted to let everyone that supported me over the last two weeks my results and also to thank them for their encouragement. Yup. If I can do it, anyone can. Don't give up!!! Andrea
