My experience, this goes 3 years back. The only time I had felt definite improvenment to my health was when I started liverflushing. The other cleanses like the
Oxypowder , Andreas kidney cleanse, MH dewormer (done after 2 years), no reaction whatsoever. I just assumed all these things added to my overall health. Anything I do new now like oil swishing ,a tiny bit tightened up gums, but no white teeth what some people get. The urine therapy nothing obvious but since the last 6 months better mental health. I started driving again instead of have my husband drive me.
After my beginning and trying all the different suggestions I read on the forums, I went back to Andreas suggestions, threw out all supplements, and did mainly cleanses and I improved my eating habits and lifestyle.
After 1+ years I was off 6 medications including 3 anti-depressant. My mental healing has been slow, it is now more than 3 years, but after having been on 1 medication for 40 years and the anti-depressants 15 years, you can't expect instant success.
BTW I sometimes wonder if whatever protocol you do first you notice the most improvements because your body was so toxic. I have seen people raving about coloncleanses in general or other cleanses. On the other hand I once read a message from Owen that he did not notice too much of a lot of the cleanses either, of course he lives a much cleaner lifestyle than I do.
As far as the
Oxypowder , I used it about once a week for 1 or 2 days, so I have never done a real cleanse again. I feel with my improved lifestyle I don't need it.
Right now I am not using it all since I always try to find ways not to use supplements, so I am trying new eating sytems.
You might need more liverflushes to get the liver clean and the bile flowing for digestion, so play it by ear when once inawhile you want to use the oxycleanse.
Of course companies that sell supplements always suggest you should use it for ever :)
