i saw this website info posted and bought a jar of the okra pepsin over the internet. i am in the uk and because it was imported there was a heavy duty to pay -about US$ 12.00 equivalent.

i have used the capsules but not consistently. it does appear to make stools more fuller but there is a school of thought that says that the capsules should be eaten on empty stomach so that they get a chance to work directly on the mucus. the theory being that if they are eaten "with" meals they digest the food in yout stomach and not the mucus which lines it.

i have nt taken them consistently enough to see any noticeable effects though....
