Oxypowder and getting ready to
Liver Flush soon however im finding it really hard to stick with a
healthy Diet i.e. a diet that consists of only fresh fruit and vegetables. what im not sure about is does this mean u can cook the vegetables in any way? is this worse for u? how do some of u guys make interesting meals with just fruits and veg? the only thing i can do with vegetable that i quite like is making a vegetable stew or soup but the vegetables are cooked!just wondering if someone could give me an example of a
healthy Diet for 1 day or something cos when i do my shopping i never get any variety just the same old fruits and veg! thanks to anyone who can reply to this! beginings...
