I have just bought p&b to make the shakes and want to start asap but I have a few questions in regards to how it makes you feel? Im wondering if I should wait for the weekend to start or what? Does it make you poop alot? or like you have just had alot of fiber?does it make you feel tired or drained or anything. I work 12 hour days . Ive read alot of comments but no one really says anything about that part of it they mostly just talk about the plaque that comes out.. thanks!
I think in general when you start something new it is good to start on a week-end. I am sure someone will come up with an answer, I don't use fibers, but I can suggest to read FAQ at the top of the page, you might find info there.
I did the p+b shakes with no problems. I actually started feeling better by day three because of the toxins leaving me. I didnt have to poop more often, but when I did, it was quite a large amount. Hope that helps.
