Yeah I am switching over to the every other day dose and going to work my way down from there. Ive had one Liver Flush so far which was successful and I am actually going to do another one tonight. I know it is not reccommended but my body feels recovered from the first one and I want to find out for myself. I am actually looking for something I can take that will strengthen my own bodies paristalsis, now that I am having BM's regularly. I am already eating a very healthy alkaline diet and taking a green magma supplement to get my bodies Ph more alkaline. Thanks for the concern, all is going great, and hopefully tonight will turn out for the best.
