I'm a little apprehensive. I don't have really serious constipation (I go once or twice a day) so I'm not trying to alleviate any major problems here. The main thing is---I love it when I got more than 2 times a day, I love the energy boost, and I love the mental clarity.
Oxy Powder seems kinda scary. P and B's dont' work for me.
Will I be going to the bathroom ALL day long? I want to be able to run errands without having to worry.
Also, how was it transitioning OFF
Oxypowder ? What I mean is, by eating a decent diet, were any of you able to still pass 3-4 BM's a day, while OFF of the pills?
