Lord help me if I had taken the tea. Still had diarhea today and as soon as I took the fiber in my regular drink+8oz water I got the horrible nausea again. I don't understand, I didn't have a problem at all with this before Sunday.
Today I only took 1/2 scoop and that didn't make a difference.
Will see what happens tomorrow.
