there are various Colon Cleanses
many use Dr Schulze too, myself included
If you see reference to IF #1 --> that is Schulze
and others use P&B shakes (phyllium and bentonite)

I bought mine off of the drnatura.com web site for about 75 dollars...I am on day 8...good luck and drink lots of water...
