I am on my 8th day of The Master Cleanse and I am shooting for 21. Because I am chronically constipated, I will continue to cleanse my colon after my 21 days.
I know what to do to clean my colon, but am not sure what to do to ensure that I have 2-3 bowel movements per day once the cleanse is completed?
Please help.

MoreThis is a reply to # 462,980I am currently doing The Master Cleanse (day nine). After the Master-Cleanse I will then do a colon cleanse. I am hoping that someone can tell me how to achieve 2-3 bowel movements per day.

Go to their web site & read the testimonials. Many, many people with constipation problems have been greatly helped with this program.

just make sure you don't get too dependent on kleri tea. If i were you, i would avoid doing three months at a stretch.

This is a reply to # 463,012Bundles A1 thank you for the response. How long can you take the product? Please let me know if and how you are able to maintain 2-3 bowel movements after you stop the cleanse.
