Doing the Blessed herbs colon cleans...

I took my first capsule last night - the digestive stimulator. I woke with a headache that lasted most of the day.. I have been eating raw for 45 days and did a 40 day Master Cleanse before that.. so I started as gently as I could. The headache finally went away this evening and I am ready to take the next capsule tonight, along with the first packet of p&B plus herbs. I consider this day two of the precleanse. Then I will do raw juices for five days along with the herbs.
I figure that my reaction to the stimulator means I need to do this.. I certainly felt the gurgling going on my in my GI tract. I will see how each day goes.

This is a reply to # 462,085I love the blessed herbs cleanse, specially the digestive stimulator as it really helps purging. Be ready to see weird things coming out once you start the 5day cleanse.

I'm on day 4 and have seen much weird stuff come out of me. I guess most of it is just the fiber but the color varies so maybe it's old junk also. I haven't had any side effects and have lost some weight. I'm starting to look foward to eating again. All I've had is veggie broth and apple juice.
