I am on day 3 of the blessed herbs colon cleanse, i plan to go right into the internal cleanse following this...so far, so good! I have one question...so far, i have been getting low grade headaches, nothing too serious, but enough to make me feel really drained and its difficult to work...is there anything i could do to help relieve these headaches, or is it something to work thru during the cleansing? thanks.
