Yes, an enema will usually provide some relief. I don't think that will be enough though for chronic constipation. especially of you've lost bowel tone ( as I did ). colonics are a better alternative for that.

You do not give enough information about what your halth problems are.
But, I do not think that cofee enemas are necesary for bowel cleanse.
