Bought some disposable latex gloves to examine what's been ending up in the toilet. I've been fasting and having just p&b shakes for the past 12 days and have had about 7
colonics in the past couple of months so I know what I've eaten and what should be coming out of me.
Well, everything in the toilet looked pretty much like psyllium, except for this one piece of wrinkly looking stuff about 4
inches long. I had seen this before but this was the first time I got to examine it. So I did.
It was really really cool. It was the consistency of rubber, stretched out to 6-8
inches long and was completely hollow. It was greenish brown with some darker streaks or threads running through it. I'm not sure if this would be considered "mucoid plaque" or what, but it seems pretty clear to me given its hollow shape and consistency that it must have been dislodged from the wall of my intestine. Pretty damn cool.
