I would like to do P&B bowel cleansing after a liver flush. I have searched all stores and pharmaceuticals but could not find Bentonite. I found Psyllium though at a GNC store. Can I juts use the Psyllium without the Bentonite and still get the same potency and effect as that of having P&B? If not, what are the consequence, if any?- Re: no bentonite available slbunting

There are also many other sites that sell Bentonite clay. Just go to Google and do a search for Bentonite clay.
This powder will have to be hydrated, but I just take mine and add distilled water to it in a covered plastic container, use a hand mixer to get it to a yogurt consistancy and use it as needed.
