Unfortunately, fatigue goes hand in hand with detoxification. Your body is working extra hard dealing with its toxic waste. Be sure and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not try and drink huge amounts all at once, this just goes through you, stresses the kidneys and can affect electrolyte levels.
