It could be intoxication as a result of moving out toxins stored in stagnant bile. Just a thought.
I know that during our worst gallbladder attacks, my wife and I have both gone into dry heaves and even vomited bile (for hours). So... maybe there's a bit of a reflex down there that gets stimulated while passing stones, like the reflex at the back of the mouth/throat area which induces the vomit reflex....?
This would definitely be good to get figured out.
