About a week ago I did my first cleanse (Hulda Clark) and had so visable results, at least nothing that I could identify. I was very sick for several days though. I am currently on my second cleanse using apple juice and taking the LJ/OO every morning and night. Tomorrow will be the 7th day so will do a salt water cleanse in the morning and the large dose of LJ/OO at bedtime as directed. I hope to see some results. This time I have felt pretty good, a little nausea and some gallbladder pain but nothing like the first time. Has anyone else used this method? If so how did it work for you? How many times will I need to do this?

This is a reply to # 450,084i was in a lot of pain after doing hula clark. i did a 3 day apple juice fas for 3 days with great results 3 years however, i did not know that i should have continue doing cleanses. then i would not be in so much troulbe and pain now. i did the 1 cup lemon juice and 2 cups oilive oil. and i did the the 32 oz salt water internal enema. it is the best enema in my opinion. i have pass lots of stones with this method. one more thing. the last time i did a mini clease with 1/4 c of lemon juice and olive oil with the salt water cleans in morning the best cleanse. i think SECRET IS THE PILLOW UNDER MY RIGHT HIP. BECAUSE I PASS STONES THE SECOND MORNING AS WELL WITH ANY HELP FORM ME.

Thanks Butterfly, This morning I took the 32oz salt water cleanse and will take the apple juice all day and tonight the 2/3 cup of OO and 1/3 cup of LJ. If I don't feel any worse then this I can handle it. Also my husband is taking this cleanse with me and the second day he developed cold like symptom. He is miserable, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, temperature, aches and pains, etc. I thought at first this was a reaction to the cleanse, but I'm not sure of that now. He wanted to take a bunch of medication (Thera-flu, Alka Seltzer Plus and Tylenol) but I talked him out of it. He's taking the same juices that I am and today he is feeling a little better. His cough is terrible but I made him a lemon/honey cough syrup that is working. It has loosened the phelgm and he is coughing it out. Is this a reaction to the cleanse or is this a real cold?
