Hello,
I will be doing my first (yikes) Liver Flush within the next week and I had a question.
I purchased some L'Ornithine capsules here in the US (as I think they are tricky to get in Canada) but the only ones they had were by TwinLab and were in 500mg. They are 100 percent L'ornithine.
I did a search for the amount I am supposed to take and I saw that Dr. Clark said "Take 4 ornithine capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia."
Does anyone know the actual dosage? For future reference, is there a particular brand that is especially good?

What you said is what Dr. Clark writes.
It really doesn't matter how many capsules you take. I have taken four, eight or none when doing a flush. My first flush, I did not take them and did not sleep a wink that night. I don't know if I didn't sleep because I was so pumped about doing the flush or because I had toxins being released. The next few flushes, I took the orthinine and slept and then toward the end of my flushes, I did not take it and slept just fine......So, you decide what you want to do and I'm sure it will be fine!

I had the same question. All I could find were the 500's, so that's what I've been using...funny that she would leave that off.
Perhaps you could check her web site and see what strength she offers. (Her site crashes my browser, or I would have checked it for you.)

Twinlabs is a very good brand name,even though they don't put flashy labels on thier products. I buy it whenever I can. I use their L-Ornathine as well and I take eight capsules. It knocks me out pretty good.
