I have just purchased the above food grade and WOW! It has flushed out sooo much mucoid plaque its unbelievable.
I was wondering if anyone can advise re. how many drops to put in the bath?
Also I have a spare mister bottle, (the size of an average Clarkia /herbal dropper bottle) and wanted to make a solution for spraying on my body/hair when I get out of the bath or shower. Does anybody know the amount of 35% drops to put in this small dropper bottle (of distilled water)?

MoreThis is a reply to # 447,487What did you do to get out the mucoid plaque with H2O2? Was it one enema or a series and how much H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) did you put in the bag?

This is a reply to # 447,532I would often get mucoid plaque after either a ACV enema, Kefir enema or Clarkia enema. I actually only use a large (medical grade) plastic syringe, and therefore use only a small amount. My stomach would gurgle then maybe between 3 - 6 hours later I would pass pure plaque or candida. This also happened a few hours after Liver Flushing - gurgling then plaque. Maybe it was the Epsom Salts or high level of olive oil.
