First off I make my 3% peroxide out of 35% food grade peroxide, 1oz of 35% to 11oz's of distilled water.
For years I had problems with precancerous lesions on my face, there's a technical name for them but I can't tell you what it is. I had to have them froze quite a few times. In Ed McCabe's book, Flood Your Body With Oxygen, he said for skin cancer to scratch the spot enough to slightly break the skin then apply peroxide. After about 2 weeks of doing this the spots were gone and after about 8 months they have yet to return, it also helps clear up blemishes. I soak a cotton swab and wipe my face and neck every day after I shower and shave. Every morning I gargle with it and then leave it my mouth for at least a minute, it helps to soften and remove the plaque, then I floss and brush. The last time I was to the dentist he said whatever I was doing was working because my gums were in good shape and my teeth had hardly any plaque on them. Years ago I started wearing an orthopedic device to straighten my teeth. The dentist said to use Efferdent to clean it, the Efferdent made it taste fresh but that was about it. I read that soaking dentures in peroxide was a good way to keep them clean so I tried soaking the device in peroxide. After a few days it looked just as good as it did the first day I got it.
Ed McCabe's book lists alot of things you can do with peroxide plus if you do a search for 35% food grade peroxide you will find articles on peroxide and the different things you can use it for.
