It is the day after my 5th flush and I am at work today.
When I emptied my bowels this morning something astonishing happened.
Please don't read if you get "Grossed out"!!!
It was a big movement and I had a look see. There were a couple of coloured things that I thought may have been more stones. (Don't forget I only passed 10 stones yesterday).
Being at work, I didn't have anything to check this out. So I just rolled up some toilet paper, and had a move around in the bowl.
A large piece of it broke up, and there was something huge inside.
I tried to lift it up, and managed to get it up the bowl....sorry to be so graphic....LOL.... anyway, it scared me, coz it was about the size of a fruit stone, like an apricot stone.
I squashed it open, and it was full of hard white stuff.
I have never passed anything this size before, and I don't know if it was a stone, but it was smooth and white.
I couldn't keep it, being at work.
But thought it was of interest to tell you people here.
Has anyone else passed something like this?
Even tho I only passed 10 stones yesterday, I did say how different the flush was, and how I felt an "inner calm" during yesterday.
Seeing what else I passed today was well worth it for me.
I am so pleased with my results, and my health is improving more each flush.

Hi everyone.
2 Weeks ago I wrote the above post, which I cut and pasted here for now.
The same thing just happened to me at work today. I passed about 6 of these strange looking things. They weren't as big as the one I have written about above, but they were the same consistency.
I have no idea what they are!!!!
But I do know that I am glad that they are outta me. Obviously they were blocking me up somewhere.
So no stones passed on my flush yesterday, but these Tan (on the outside) and white (on the inside) things today. They floated and my stools went to the bottom, so I couldn't check out what else I had passed.
Yesterday afternoon I did a coffee enema and that didn't move anything either.
This is really strange, and I would love to know what it is I am passing????
Any suggestions????

This is a reply to # 441,636Marg...do these things look anything at all like any vitamin pills or medication that you are taking?? It could be that whatever pills you're taking aren't being digested....so this is a good indication that you can stop taking whatever it is you're taking!
If you don't take any medication at all, then we have to assume that these are some sort of gallstone....? Are they powdery white inside? or....? crystally at all? hmmmmm.
Also..I noticed that you said your stool is tan/orange...but rarely dark brown? The 'perfect poo' is supposed to be dark brown. If your bm's are lighter than that and sometimes orange that means that your bile production isn't great...stagnant...possibly stones blocking it etc...you will know when you remove that stagnation because your bm's will be a darker brown. I've seen that happen to a few people on these forums. All of a sudden they're getting dark bm's! Stuff is beginning to work correctly...
Anyway....let us know about those above white things...pills or...?

Thanks once again for your response.
They are too big to be medication, tablets etc.
They are sort of powdery white inside. Definately not crystal looking.
I take digestive enzymes so my food is being digested properly.

This is a reply to # 441,642So...with any stretch of the imagination (cut open one of your digestive enzyme pills)...could the white things be bits of those pills clumped together to form bigger lumps?
If there is NO way that they could be your digestive enzyme pills (interesting...because if you don't have enough digestive enzymes to digest food...you may not be able to digest the pills either - wouldn't that be a Catch-22!) - then we have to assume that you're actually flushing out some sort of stone! Have you kept any (in the freezer)...
I wish you could take a picture for us to see!

This is a reply to # 441,644I take Guifenisin tabs to reduce mucous buildup in my system. The pills are pea green and they are about the size of a Tylenol caplet.
When I first started looking at my poo a few months ago, after starting P&B shakes and Liver cleanse....I saw a green looking thing floating that freaked me out...I also fished it out and broke it in half....it was the Guifenisin tab that I took earlier.
Since then I notice those tabs in my poo all the time...I don't know why they don't dissolve.- Re: I pass Guifenisin pills in my st... Tracey

This is a reply to # 441,649Oh, Spock that is funny. I took those before whe I had bronchitis. Humibid is the one I took. Green & tylenol size. I wasn't looking at poo then so I don't know if they came out whole, lol.

I am at work, so no pic, and not able to save any of it.
I don't think it is a build up of tablets, but it could be because it was sort of hard and powdery too.
I will just watch with great interest after my next flush because whatever it is has happened both times after my weekend flush.
Will keep you informed.

This is a reply to # 441,636Were yours sort of like hardened lard, for lack of a better description? Mine were, rather like the consistency of the harder, yet not calcified, green stones I'd gotten out, and I had 6-8 of these white ones, ranging in size from 1/2"-1" and just a little tan sludge after my 11th (I think) flush. Since then no other white ones, just a few greenies.
I'm wondering if they are a different kind of stone or from a certain part of the liver or gallbladder? Check back on the previous forum page where I posted about my white stones and read those responses. I wasn't able to find out any more then got sidetracked doing the Master Cleanse.
Flushing tonight, though!
