liver massaging technique?

I accidentally went to an old forum and read a post referring to a "pump and massage" technique used by a poster named pepe. Does anyone know the method they are refering to?- Re: liver massaging technique?

This is a reply to # 441,556No...but I've heard not to massage the gallbladder if you know you have calcified stones in it - because the stones might irritate the inside of the gallbladder or scrape it, if you massage it.
