I know, I know. This isn't healthy food, but I didn't know where I should post this. 8)
My hubby was proud of himself by bringing home a bag of these chips home for a snack instead of the regular ones. But I started to look at the ingredients and wondered if it was for real.
The ingredients are: Organic Yellow Corn, Expeller-Pressed Sunflower Oil and
Sea Salt . The bag says "they've even been certified 'made with organic corn' by Oregon Tilth"
I know it is still processed food, 9 chips have 1 gram of fiber. But what about the rest of their claims?
Just interested what those knowledgeable would say...
Thanks!
